In the late 1990s, we noticed a demand for high end custom homes that are built for clients who live remotely. Since then, we have focused on providing the best building experience possible by providing the client with exceptional communication during the building process. We have rich experience in building homes throughout North Carolina. We pursue the singular goal of creating imaginative homes of technical excellence. Our company is founded on three simple principles:

We provide complete design and construction services on a build-to-suit basis, both on our properties as well as our client's. Additionally, we also build, on occasion, speculative for-sale projects to showcase our abilities. Although most of our homes fall in the $400,000 to $1 million + range, we select our projects in accordance with their level of creative challenge. Generally, our clients are individuals who place a higher priority on creative process and expect the construction quality to reflect that priority.
